Vacancy: Online English Editor for The Economic Observer

The Economic Observer is looking for a full-time editor, translator and writer to contribute to the English-language website of the newspaper.
We're seeking a native English speaker for an English editor position. He or she will have a good knowledge of Chinese politics and economics, excellent writing and editing skills, and boundless enthusiasm.
The position is based in Beijing, China.
Requirements:
1. English speaker with strong writing and editing skills,
2. Strong Chinese speaking and reading ability
3. Editing experience
4. Ability to work to strict deadlines
5. Familiarity with the Chinese economy, markets, and major companies
6. Website experience and familiarity with multimedia software also a significant plus
The English editor will mainly be responsible for:
-Editing Chinese articles that have been translated into English
-Helping us improve and expand the website
-Contributing original content
