 1、大陆方便面查出遭塑化剂污染 卫生部紧急将塑化剂列入黑名单

 随着调查的步步深入,台湾塑化剂的影响范围正在扩大。截至昨天,台湾被检测出含毒食品已达537项。卫生部1日晚紧急发布公告,将塑化剂邻苯二甲酸酯类物质,列入食品中可能违法添加的非食用物质和易滥用的食品添加剂名单。

自统一确认塑化剂芦笋汁流入福建后,又有媒体爆出,内地有方便面查出遭塑化剂污染,华南农业大学食品学院柳春红副教授发表论文称,广州市售方便面和方便米粉存在不同程度的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)污染。

2、中央政府欲接收3万亿与土地相关地方债务

此前有消息称中国政府正准备清理2-3万亿人民币可能违约的地方政府债务,经济观察网记者最新获悉,要清理的地方债务与土地有关。据记者了解,现在中国某一重要机构正在大约共计3万亿地方债务制定处理办法,中国中央政府将会介入偿还一部分贷款,国有银行(主要是大型国有商业银行和政策性银行)也将介入承担部分损失,以此减轻地方政府的债务负担。据称,清理工作将从下半年开始,大约持续3、4个月。

 3、7月1日起全国高铁列车票价可浮动

自6月1日动车组列车全面实施实名制后,记者从铁道部获悉,从7月1日起,全国铁路将实行新的列车运行图。本次调图后,铁路运输企业将对时速300公里动车组列车实行票价浮动。

新的运行图将全面实施“三种混合运行”的列车开行新模式,即在时速300公里的高速铁路上,同时开行时速300公里和时速200~250公里两种动车组列车;在时速200~250公里的线路上,同时开行时速200~250公里动车组列车和时速120~160公里普通客车;在时速200公里及以下线路上,开行普通客车和货物列车。这一模式将更好的满足旅客对不同速度等级、不同票价的选择。

 4、多家上市发电企业上调电价 擅自拉限居民用电将受罚

6月2日,多家发电企业宣布上调电价。华能国际公告,从6月1日起提价的地区主要在湖南、江西两地,提价标准分别为湖南2.00分/千瓦时、江西2.24分/千瓦时。大唐发电自6月1日起上调江西省电价2.24分/千瓦时。长江电力公告称,三峡地下电站投入商业运营后,三峡电站送湖北上网电价调整为0.2506元/千瓦时,送其他地区上网电价提高0.19分/千瓦时。

对于当前出现煤电油运紧张形势的局势,国家发改委表示,要求企业控制住不正常的用电需求,满足居民的用电需求。对于擅自拉限居民用电的地方,将予以处罚。

 5、城镇居民养老保险试点7月启动

国务院常务会议决定启动城镇居民社会养老保险试点,自2011年7月1日起,启动城镇居民社会养老保险试点工作,今年试点范围覆盖全国60%的地区,明年基本实现全覆盖。

 6、两部委印发煤炭应急储备管理办法

为规范国家煤炭应急储备管理,提高应急状态下的煤炭供应保障能力,发改委、财政部日前联合印发《国家煤炭应急储备管理暂行办法》。《办法》就国家煤炭应急储备保障区域、储备点布局、承储企业资格以及操作流程等作出一系列规定。国家煤炭应急储备点重点部署在沿海、沿江、沿河港口和华中、西南等地区。用于保障“煤炭消费主要依靠跨省区调入,运输距离长、环节多的地区;煤炭资源赋存条件差,自给能力低的地区”等。

 7、周小川:中国应采用宏观审慎政策框架

6月1日,在第一届中国金融学科终身成就奖颁奖典礼暨中国金融学科发展论坛上中国人民银行行长周小川表示,从中国情况看,有必要也有条件采纳和应用宏观审慎政策框架。

周小川表示,在金融运行和管理方面,宏观审慎政策框架已成为危机后国际金融改革的主要方向。各国政府以及金融界普遍共识建立逆周期的市场运行和调节机制。

 8、日本政坛发生强烈“地震” 菅直人今天可能下台

日本最大在野党自民党的总裁谷垣祯一5月31日宣布,将于6月1日的党首辩论之后决定何时提交“内阁不信任决议案”。菅直人则在众院东日本大地震复兴特别委员会上明确拒绝了自民党让他下台要求,称“现在不能放弃自己必须尽到的责任”。有迹象表明,民主党内的前党首小泽一郎支持派部分议员对提交内阁不信任案持赞同态度。

9、“毒黄瓜”令欧洲陷恐慌 西班牙或起诉德国地方政府

西班牙“毒黄瓜”事件终于“平反”,在该事件的具体经济损失尚无统计出来之际,西班牙决定寻求经济赔偿。西班牙政府昨天表示,正在考虑起诉德国汉堡市政府,后者错误指责来自西班牙的黄瓜等蔬菜是德国爆发肠出血性大肠杆菌疫情的根源。现在,“毒黄瓜”事件使得人心惶惶,蒙受打击的不只是农家和商家,全欧洲好多商家被迫回收和丢弃受怀疑的蔬菜,而广大的消费者也对这些蔬菜抱有疑虑。

 10、Former Jiangxi Governor Named Head of SERC

Wu Xinxiong (吴新雄), who was only this week removed from his position as governor of Jiangxi province, has been named as the new Chairman of China's energy regulatory body. The new appointent was announced today at an internal meeting of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC). The 61-year old Wu served as the governor of Jiangxi from 2007 to the end of May this year.

 11、China to Introduce New Pension System for Urban Residents

The State Council announced yesterday that a new social insurance program will be launched on July 1 this year. The new system will first be rolled out across 60 percent of China's cities and townships by the end of this year before being introduced nationwide in 2010. All unemployed urban residents over the age of 16 are eligible for the program (not including students), which is aimed at extending the coverage of China's basic social insurance system. Those who take part in the program will be entitled to a minimum monthly payment of 55 yuan a month after they pass their 60th birthday.

12、Deputy Head of Beijing's Chaoyang District Under Investigation

Liu Xiquan, one of the deputy heads of Beijing's Chaoyang District, was taken away for investigation in mid-May. No official announcement has been made about the official's absence and his details still appear on the Chaoyang government's official website. As one of the district's deputy chiefs, Mr. Liu was in charge of agricultural and issues related to petitions against the government. The last time Liu Xiquan made a public appearance was on May 15 when he attended a ceremony to mark the opening of a party residential committee at the Olympic Village.

 13、Hukou Restrictions on Graduates Removed

The State Council recently published an announcement on efforts to improve the employment situation of university graduates. Among the policies aimed at making it easier for recent graduates to find employment, the central government said that it will begin to include data on graduate employment rates in the regular evaluation of the performance of government officials and it also required all cities, aside from the four under the direct control of the central government (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Tianjin), to remove any restrictions that limit which graduates can settle in an area based on their hukou or household registration.
