1、8部委公开三公消费 多数无使用明细
昨天,民政部和文化部公布了其2010年因公出国费、公务用车购置及运行费及公务接待费这“三公消费”的决算,以及2011年“三公消费”预算。迄今,已有8家部委公开了“三公消费”情况,需向全国人大报告预决算的98个中央政府部门仍未公布这一消费情况。而在公共预算观察者看来,已经公布的部委“三公消费”中,也有诸多不够细化以致让人不明就里之处。目前公布的8个部门数据,大多含糊其辞,只有审计署公开的“三公消费”信息最为详尽。
2、铁道部称京沪停运证明安全性好
昨天上午11点左右,由上海虹桥开往北京南站的G114次列车,运行至常州北站突发故障,列车无法正常运行,铁路部门启用备用车,组织旅客换乘继续运行。该列车到达北京南站,晚点2小时30分。此前,7月10日和12日,京沪高铁供电设备发生故障,曾导致多趟列车晚点。 针对近日故障,铁道部运输局称,京沪高铁有非常高的安全系数,任何一点故障系统会自动导向安全。也就是说,发生故障后,列车会自动停车,以避免列车事故和保障乘客安全。此外,停车后铁路部门启动了紧急预案,及时调度指挥,进行故障抢修和安抚旅客。
3、红十字基金会陷超声刀迷局 报价千万成本仅12万
“温暖中国”是四年前由一位名为齐中祥的医疗器械商与中国红十字基金会共同发起的一个贫困肿瘤治疗项目。四年间,约100台报价近千万元的超声刀通过中国红十字基金会进入到了全国百家治疗癌症的医院。近日有业内人士近日报料,上述号称价值千万元的“超声刀”其实际价值仅12万元。与此同时,中国红十字基金会由受赠医院以“管理费”的名义收回的近6000万元去向却迷雾重重。
4、达芬奇家居召开情况说明会承认部分家具国产
身陷“造假门”的达芬奇家居昨天下午在北京召开情况说明会,达芬奇家居有限公司总经理潘庄秀华回应称意大利品牌都是在意大利生产,她同时承认,有部分美国品牌在国内生产。在2010年,达芬奇与人合作创立了目前深受质疑的好莱坞品牌,这个品牌被包装为美国品牌,事实上由长丰等国内企业生产。
5、邵阳监察局称“买卖婴儿”不存在
湖南“邵氏弃儿”案已过去两个多月,官方调查结论迟迟未出台,今日,该案件的调查组牵头人邵阳市监察局曾局长称,此前媒体报道的部分情况失实,“买卖婴儿”情况根本不存在。但同时他表示,媒体报道的也并非全不属实。调查组马上有个通稿,省里领导正式批过了,大概最近两天会由省里对外统一发布。”
6、证监会称IPO获批后6个月内可择时发行
昨天,中国证监会有关部门负责人称,今后IPO可在获得批文后6个月内由“承销商和发行人就发行日程和发行窗口的选择做更加灵活的安排”。据悉,对发行节奏及日程安排,现行证券发行监管规则并无强制性规定。从市场的内在规律来看,确定发行时点、安排发行日程应当由发行人、承销商自主决策。发行人领取的核准文件中,也明确文件“自核准发行之日起6个月之内有效”。
7、印度孟买遭连环炸弹袭击
印度金融中心、最大城市孟买13号晚间在12分钟内连发3起恐怖爆炸,造成17人死亡,131人受伤。印度之前公布的伤亡数字为21人死,141人伤。当天傍晚6时54分,孟买南部拥挤的扎韦里市场发生第一起爆炸;1分钟后,孟买南部的歌剧院地区发生了第二起爆炸;11分钟后,即7时06分,孟买中部火车站附近的达达尔地区的一个公交站附近发生了第三起爆炸。印度内政部长奇丹巴拉姆说,短短数分钟内连续发生3起由简易爆炸装置引发的爆炸显示这是恐怖分子的协作攻击。
8、伯南克称美联储可能采取进一步刺激政策
美国联邦储备委员会主席伯南克13号说,如果美国经济持续增长乏力,美联储可能采取新的货币刺激政策。他同时指出,上半年经济增长放缓主要是由于临时因素,预计下半年美国经济增速将加快。去年11月,美联储推出总额为6000亿美元收购国债的所谓第二轮量化宽松政策,这项政策到今年6月底已经到期。伯南克表示,如果经济增长持续乏力,美联储将继续把原先的6000亿美元重新用于收购国债。伯南克同时为自己的货币政策做辩护,认为美联储的行动降低了通货紧缩风险,提振了经济活动。尽管当前失业率仍高达9.2%,伯南克却认为美联储帮助创造了就业。
9、美国新闻集团放弃收购英国天空电视台
美国新闻集团13日宣布,放弃收购英国天空电视台。新闻集团总裁兼首席运营官凯里说,在目前情况下,收购行为很难取得进展。但新闻集团仍将长期持有天空电视台的现有股份,并对之前取得的成功和做出的贡献感到自豪。天空电视台发表声明说,对公司未来的成长抱有信心。在这一消息公布后,天空电视台的股价每股一度下跌了4%。
10、Banks in Some Cities Suspend Housing Loans Due to Lack of Funds
According to reports, several commercial banks in various second and third tier cities including Chongqing and Nanchang have suspended individual housing loans. The banks said that the decision was made because “they had been drained of loans."
