As one of the areas piloting China's "three networks integration" or 三网融合 sānwǎng rónghé, cable TV customers in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, cities located in Hunan Province, will soon have access to 10M-speed internet service. Those who sign up to the intergrated broad band and cable TV service are expected to be charged under 600 yuan per year.

Hangzhou Company Sues Local CPC Member
Hangzhou HSDP Group Co. Ltd is suing Zhang Jianzhong, a local CPC representative. According to Hangzhou HSDP, in order to detract attention from the lawsuit, Zhang Jianzhong had 64 residents apply to have him removed from office.
