The Continued Songzhuang Case

Songzhuang village is in the spotlight because of  a "minor property rights" dispute involving artists who bought property from rural landowners several years ago. As property prices have reached shocking highs recently, locals want compensation for land that they say was sold illegally due to regulations banning such rights from being transferred to urbanites.
