Central Government Asks for Feedback on Draft Social Insurance Law Amendments

管理员

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security called for public comment and feedback on additional regulations that will guide the implementation of China's Social Insurance Law yesterday. The draft amendments are expected to come into effect on July 1 this year and include details about the kind of coverage provided to those who have contributed to the pension fund for less than 15 years. The draft law also clarifies that funds remaining in the account at the time of death can be left to family members.
