Government Seeks Greater Disclosure From Charities

The Ministry of Civil Affairs Tuesday issued a proposal that would require charities to declare how money and goods are used within a month of receiving the donations.

A spokesman for the ministry said it would be the first time that charities were required to make such disclosures on their spending.
