Wang Chuanfu, Chairman of the BYD Auto, took top position in this year's Hurun Report - a list of the 1,000 richest people in China - with a personal worth estimated at over 35 billion yuan. Wang replaced Huang Guangyu, the former CEO of eletrical goods chain Gome, at the top of the list. Huang, who is currently in police custody being investigated for corruption, fell to 17th position on the list.
