China to Mourn Qinghai Earthquake Victims

China's State Council decided to mourn the victims of the Qinghai Province earthquake on April 21; China's national flag will be flown at half-mast within China and at its embassies and consulates overseas. Additionally, public entertainment will be stopped that day. The quake has killed more than 2,000 people.
