Central Bank Governer Hints at September CPI Growth

The governer of the People's Bank of China, Zhou Xiaochuan, revealed that China's CPI continued to fall on a year-on-year basis in September but experienced positive month-on-month growth for the second month in a row. Zhou made the remarks during a speech delivered on the evening of Oct.15th, the official CPI figures are expected to be released on Oct. 22.
