Beijing Automobile Acquires Saab's Technology Assets

Beijing Automobile Industry Holding Company (BAIC) yesterday announced that it had completed acquisition of intellectual property from Saab, a Swedish automaker. Earlier reports revealed that BAIC had secured a 20 billion yuan from the Bank of China in order to finance the deal.
