Ministry of Land and Resources Publicizes its Yearly Budget

The Ministry of Land and Resources (MOLR) has released this year's budget on its website, becoming the first ministerial agency to publicize its budget since the central government promised to provide the public with access to the budget of government branches within the next three years. The budget shows that the main source of income of the MOLR is central government funds which account for 2 billion yuan, while the MOLR's largest expense is "affairs concerning national resources and meteorology" which amount to 2.5 billion yuan.
