Wen Jiabao: China to Maintain "Realtively Loose" Monetary Policy

China must stick to positive fiscal policy and relatively loose monetary policy since the economic foundations remain fragile and the impact of global financial crisis has not diminished, China's premier, Wen Jiabao, announced in a series of economic meetings last week.
