In the first half of this year, up to 800 billion yuan of new loans - including 538.1 billion yuan lent to real estate firms and 282.9 billion yuan in residential mortgage loans offered by banks to home buyers - flowed into the domestic real estate market, according to National Bureau of Statistics.
