Beijing Government Takes Over Operation of Bird’s Nest

The Beijing government, whose 58 percent stake in the National Stadium is managed by the Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co. Ltd (BSAM), has decided to take back the operational management of the landmark Olympic venue from a consortium of 4 companies that include China International Trust and Investment (CITIC) and the Beijing Urban Construction Group.
