Following the lead of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development all published sections of their annual budgets on their websites yesterday. Though they have released details of the source of departmental revenue and their main expenses, the published sections do not contain detailed information about departmental spending.
