Chinese Government Restates Determination to Curb Property Bubble

To curb the rumor that banks will resume providing loans for third-home buyers and the State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) is ordering centrally-owned enterprises (COE) to buy land, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and China Banking Regulatory Commission stated yesterday that they were still tackling speculative behaviors in property market; the SASAC denied it was requiring COEs to gain land.
