Large Flood of Yangtze River Imminent

The peak flow of the Yangtze River has reached 70,000 cubic meters per second, exceeding the level of 1998, which means a large flood is just around the corner, the Yangtze River Hydrological Bureau predicts. The Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest river dam, will face the greatest flow of water it has ever faced since its construction was completed in 2006.
