NBS: Impossible to Calculate Housing Vacancy

The National Bureau of Statistics has stated that it is impossible to calculate the housing vacancy rate based on the current data-gathering method. Yang Xhongguang, a researcher with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, told a National Business News reporter that the lack of accurate housing data may have a negative influence on government housing policies.
