Property Developers Carrying 600 Billion Yuan in Debts

Despite impressive profit earnings in the first half, 63 listed property companies have incurred a combined debt of over 600 billion yuan. Debts of the four largest Chinese property developers, Vanke, Poly, Merchant Property and Gemdale, together account for 277.9 billion yuan , 47.37% of the 600 billion yuan debt.
