NDRC Stops Local Governments from Restricting Electricity Use

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has released a notice regulating local government measures to save energy and reduce carbon emissions. The notice requires local governments to stop restricting the electricity consumption volume of residents and public agencies.
