Hangzhou Company Sues Local CPC Member

Hangzhou HSDP Group Co. Ltd is suing Zhang Jianzhong, a local CPC representative. According to Hangzhou HSDP, in order to detract attention from the lawsuit, Zhang Jianzhong had 64 residents apply to have him removed from office. Hangzhou HSDP also accused Zhang Jianzhong of distorting an ordinary housing dispute in order to instigate his own recall and to advance his personal interests.
