Community Lockdown to be Implemented in 44 Villages in Changping

According to media reports, beginning September 20, 44 villages in Changping were to start implementing a nighttime closure in order to reduce crime. However a reporter from the Beijing Morning Post found that the policy has yet to be implemented.
