Power Consumption Restriction Measures Tighten Diesel Supply

In an effort to reach the national goal of reducing energy consumption by 4.48% in the second half of this year, some coastal cities have restricted access to power supply. Power saving measures has further tightened the supply of diesel. The wholesale price reached 7,634 yuan per ton on November 4.
