Yesterday, the State Oceanic Administration of China published a report on the administration of the country's maritime borders. According to the report, China's marine surveillance authorities detected a total of 1,303 incidents of boats and 214 incidents of aircraft entering the country's territorial waters. A total of 750 million yuan in fines were issued by authorities for violations.
