Banks Prohibited from Issuing Credit Cards to People Aged 18 and Under

The China Banking Regulatory Commission has released a draft regulation to prohibit banks from issuing credit cards to those underage, in order to protect juveniles. The draft regulation also requires that banks do not charge consumers who have not yet activated their credit cards.
