Provincial Governments to Gain Limited Tax Management Rights in 12th Five-Year Plan

Provincial governments will be given limited tax management rights and local governments will have access to increased tax revenue during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, according an article written by Xie Xuren, Minister of Finance, published in Qiushi magazine.
