Xinhua Tells Foreign Enterprises to Stop Complaining

Foreign companies will soon be required to pay an urban maintenance tax and an additional education tax. Xinhua News Agency published an article advising foreign enterprises to stop complaining about the altered investment climate and focus on adapting to China's changing economic development model.
