COEs Gain One Trillion Yuan of Profit in 2010

China's centrally-owned enterprises (COEs) have gained a total profit of over one trillion yuan in 2010, creating a historical high that is up 25.3% on the level of 2009, according to Huang Shuhe, deputy director of the State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission.
