        In order to further promote the credibility of law enforcement and ensure that the investigative powers of authorities are being exercised in accordance with the law, from now until January 2012, the Supreme People's Procuratorate will carry out special inspections focused on "protecting people's legal rights and solving the outstanding problems that people are concerned with."
