Interest Rate of Housing Loans Increased
The Beijing Housing Fund Management Center announced yesterday that the annual interest rate of housing loans of five years and under has been raised from 3.5% to 3.75% and the rate of housing loans above five years has been lifted from 4.05% to 4.3%. This new policy was put into effect yesterday.
