China to Launch Import Promotion Project

The Ministry of Commerce has created a project to promote imports which will be released next week, according to ministry spokesman Yao Jian. Jiang Yaoping, Vice Minister of Commerce, said it is possible that the ministry may further adjust the export rebate of select high energy consumption and high pollution products.
