China to Consider Amending Criminal Law

The Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress will convene from August 23 to 28 in Beijing to consider amending China’s Criminal Law and its Law of NPC Representatives. They are also expected to draft the Intangible Cultural Heritage Law and the Law on Water and Soil Conservation for the first time.
