Son of Hebei Official Mows Down University Student in Supermarket Parking Lot

On October 16th, Li Moumou, hit two University students with his car in the parking lot of Hebei University’s campus supermarket. One student has died and the other remains in intensive care. Witnesses say that after hitting the girls, Li did not stop the car and instead drove off to pick up his girlfriend. Li Moumou is the son of Li Gang, Hebei Department of Public Safety’s deputy of criminal investigation.
