The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) yesterday released a draft notice of "Prevention and Management of AIDS at Border Ports (Revised)" which proposes doing away with the current policy of requiring all Chinese citizens who have been abroad for more than one year to be tested for HIV.
