Auto Sales to Exceed 12 Million Units in 2009
Production and sales of automobiles in China had reached 9.61 million and 9.66 million units respectively as of the end September, according to statistics released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). The CAAM also predicted that total car sales will reach 12 million units this year, far exceeding the original target of 10 million.
