Beijing to Replace Temporary Residence Permits with Smart Chip Visas

From early next year, the Beijing municipal government will start issuing new "smart-chip resident visas" in place of the current temporary residence permits for those working in the capital who don't possess a Beijing hukou. A total of four Chinese people have died after being injected with the vaccine of A/H1N1 influenza. Average Housing Prices Up 20.8%

According to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), the average price of one sqm of residential housing across the country, as measured from January to October this year, is 4,751 yuan, up 20.8% on last year's figure.
