Funds Outstanding for Foreign Exchange Reaches 30 Month High

According to statistics from the central bank, China's funds outstanding for foreign exchange surged to 519 billion yuan in October, the highest in 30 months. This also indicates that the volume of hot money in October was 2.4 times that of September.
